What personal data we collect
GPX files
For any GPX file that you upload, only the name and the latitude, longitude and elevation (if available) of track/route points are retained. The original GPX file is then deleted so that any other identifying information (e.g. origin, timestamps, etc.) is not stored.

When you leave a walk decription or an additional comment, the data you enter, including your name and the date you entered it, will be stored and displayed with the walk (or cycle ride) it refers to.
Cookies
When you log in, several cookies are set up to save your login information and information regarding your choice of seeing walks or cycle routes and personal settings. These latter cookies time out after a year, but login cookies last indefinitely (well, 100 years!).
WordPress Users
Editors have their name and email address stored. Users logging in as ‘dodger’ have no personal data stored.
